Teenuse tingimused

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between SIA "Purgaiļi" (Reg. No. 12345678) and you. By using our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Broneeringud

• All reservations are subject to availability. Reservation is only confirmed after full prepayment via Stripe. Minimum advance notice is 24 hours.
• Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express with 3D Secure authentication.
• Cancellation: 7+ days before check-in - full refund (100%); 48h-7 days - 50% refund; <48h - no refund. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days.

Vara kasutamine

• Guests must respect the property. Check-in: from 13:00 / Check-out: by 12:00. Early/late check-out available for extra charge subject to availability.
• Capacity limits: Sauna House - 7; Holiday House - 13; Guest House - 15 (events up to 30); Big House - 20-35 (events up to 100).
• Quiet hours: 23:00 - 08:00. Smoking indoors prohibited (200 EUR fine). Pets allowed with prior arrangement (20 EUR fee).
• Guests use facilities at their own risk. Children only under adult supervision. In emergencies, call 112.

Vastutus

• Külalised vastutavad igasuguse vara kahjustuse eest
• Purgaiļi ei vastuta isiklike asjade eest
• Külalised kasutavad rajatisi (saun, kümblustünn jne) omal vastutusel

Majaeeskirjad

• Sisseregistreerimine: 15:00 / Väljaregistreerimine: 12:00
• Lemmikloomad lubatud eelneva kokkuleppega
• Üritused nõuavad eriluba
