SIA "Purgaiļi" (hereinafter "we", "us", or "Purgaiļi") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Latvian Data Protection Law. Information we collect

• Identification and contact information: name, surname, email address, phone number - necessary for processing reservations and communicating with you about your stay.
• Reservation data: check-in/check-out dates, selected house, guest count (adults and children), special requests, preferred catering and allergies or restrictions (if specified).
• Payment information: payment card data (last 4 digits, expiry date, cardholder name) is securely processed through Stripe, Inc. (PCI DSS certified provider). We DO NOT store full card data on our servers.

How we use your information

• Reservation management: to process, confirm, and manage your accommodation reservations and event requests (B2B).
• Communication: to contact you about your reservation, send confirmations, reminders, changes, or cancellation information.
• Customer service: to answer questions, resolve issues, improve our service quality, and personalize your experience.

Your rights

• Right of access (GDPR Article 15): request information about what data we process and how we use it.
• Right to rectification (GDPR Article 16): request data correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", GDPR Article 17): request data deletion if there are no other legal grounds for storage.
