Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between SIA "Purgaiļi" (Reg. No. 12345678, Address: Purgaiļi, Grundzāle Parish, Smiltene Municipality, LV-4713, Latvia) and you (hereinafter "Customer" or "Guest"). By using our website and booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is only considered confirmed after full prepayment via Stripe secure payment gateway. Minimum advance booking notice is 24 hours.
• Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payments are processed in EUR currency with 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.
• Cancellation policy: 7+ days before check-in - full refund (100%); 48h-7 days - 50% refund; <48h - no refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Property use

• Guests must respect the property and surrounding nature. Check-in: from 13:00 / Check-out: by 12:00. Early check-in/late check-out available for extra charge subject to availability.
• Maximum capacity limits must be observed: Sauna House - 7 guests; Holiday House - 13 guests; Guest House - 15 guests (events up to 30); Big House - 20-35 guests (events up to 100).
• Quiet hours: 23:00 - 08:00. Smoking indoors is prohibited (200 EUR fine). Pets allowed with prior arrangement (20 EUR fee).
• Guests use facilities (sauna, hot tub, pool, quad bikes) at their own risk. Children may only use these facilities under adult supervision. In emergencies, call 112.

Liability

• Guests are responsible for any property damage
• Purgaiļi is not liable for personal belongings
• Guests use facilities (sauna, hot tub, etc.) at their own risk

House rules

• Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 12:00
• Pets allowed with prior arrangement
• Events require special permission
